Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Clear photos showing the defect

Upon validation:

We will replace the defective item at no additional cost
Unwanted Items
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted

Store credit will be issued (no cash refunds)
Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, your store credit or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
